Why We Made This Change
Our Discord and Telegram communities have grown, and with that came more spam and scam attempts. The old support channel had become a hunting ground for bad actors impersonating staff and phishing users.
We've always said Chainflip will never DM you first, but we realized we could do more than warn people. We could build a system that makes these attacks structurally harder.
How to Get Support
We've partnered with MAVA to build private ticketing on Discord and Telegram. MAVA's AI-powered support platform lets us offer secure, private conversations across both platforms while keeping everything organized on our end. Use whichever you prefer.

Open a ticket via the panel in the 'swapping-support' channel.
Only you and our team can see it.

Use tickets for swap issues, refunds, stuck funds, or anything involving addresses or TX hashes.
Your tickets are completely private on both platforms. We've also removed the old #help-and-support channel on Discord, which had become an open ground for spam and scam attempts.

Building a secure protocol isn't enough if users get phished while asking for help.
